We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support our Contact Center operations. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards, delivering actionable insights into customer data. This technical position is key to driving decision-making and identifying new opportunities to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop KPI dashboards to enhance decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Leverage data mining techniques and reporting tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Prepare analytics reports in a clear and professional presentation format.
  • Collaborate on establishing effective data ETL practices and processes.
  • Conduct research and analyze ad-hoc studies as required.
  • Document process flows and business rules, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Process and analyze large datasets, keeping current reports updated and relevant.

Must-have requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced industries (automotive or similar businesses preferred).
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., KNIME).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
  • Expertise in data manipulation, complex analysis, and statistical modeling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project management teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to perform advanced statistical analysis.
