As a Data & AI Strategy Manager, you will take ownership of client projects, lead teams, and inspire stakeholders to turn data & AI into measurable impact.

Your responsibilities

As a Data & AI Strategy Manager, you will:

Lead client engagements on data & AI use cases selection and roadmap, strategic execution and related teams operating models.

Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (up to C-level) to clarify business challenges and identify high-value use cases.

Guide and mentor consultants.

Translate complex analytics and AI concepts into clear business strategies, unlocking value cases, or bringing them to the next level.

Shape operating models for Data & AI organizations, balancing centralization and decentralization to maximize value.

Ensure value realization by tracking business outcomes in data & AI execution.

Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively bring fresh insights to clients and colleagues.

Take the lead to develop sub-domains within Datashift strategy, both in content and in business development.
