Data & Adoption Lead
The Data & AI Adoption Lead is accountable for ensuring Data and AI products, tools, and capabilities are successfully adopted by colleagues across the business. Working closely with Product, Delivery, Engineering, and Business teams, the role focuses on the people side of change. Translating technical solutions into confident, sustained day to day use that delivers real business value. This role is particularly focused on delivering adoption into retail and frontline environments, where change must land clearly, practically, and at pace.
