Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
We are partnering with a leading fintech company looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage project teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Manage customer and stakeholder expectations
Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, risks, and issues
Provide regular project status updates and reporting
Ensure compliance with project governance, SOPs, and quality standards
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience managing medium to large-scale projects
Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
While strong English language proficiency is essential, the ability to converse in Mandarin is desirable for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
