Senior Manager, Change Management
We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a Change Manager (Technology & Transformation) to drive organisation-wide change, especially across technology-led transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead change management for major technology and transformation projects.
Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement, readiness, impact assessments, communications, and training.
Partner with technology vendors and internal teams to define roles, outcomes, and success measures.
Build and maintain a change management playbook with tools, templates, and best practices.
Coach and enable stakeholders to apply change management at scale.
Promote change management as a core organisational capability.
Stakeholders: HR, business leaders, internal teams and external technology partners.
Requirements
6 years of experience in running Change Management projects, with a
minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Change Manager capacity.Proven success in multi-location or multi-country technology adoption projects.
Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience building scalable change processes and tools.
