Senior Manager, Change Management

We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a Change Manager (Technology & Transformation) to drive organisation-wide change, especially across technology-led transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management for major technology and transformation projects.

  • Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement, readiness, impact assessments, communications, and training.

  • Partner with technology vendors and internal teams to define roles, outcomes, and success measures.

  • Build and maintain a change management playbook with tools, templates, and best practices.

  • Coach and enable stakeholders to apply change management at scale.

  • Promote change management as a core organisational capability.

  • Stakeholders: HR, business leaders, internal teams and external technology partners.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in running Change Management projects, with a
    minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Change Manager capacity.

  • Proven success in multi-location or multi-country technology adoption projects.

  • Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience building scalable change processes and tools.
