Head of Corporate Development

Role Responsibilities / Requirements

• Senior strategic leader responsible for driving a company's growth, value creation, and long-term strategic initiatives

• Identify, evaluate and execute potential mergers and acquisitions

• Assess new investment opportunities aligned with the company's strategic growth objectives

• Support and lead potential fundraising initiatives

• Drive exit strategies for portfolio companies and investments

• Oversee performance and manage existing portfolios and investments, ensure value creation

• Lead and support investor relations activities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the board and senior leadership team

Requirements

• Background in Private Equity and/or Investment Banking, M&A, corporate Finance or Venture Capital

• Experience working with growth-stage SaaS companies would be a plus

• Exposure to companies that have completed an IPO or strategic sale to investors or secured investment/funding

• Experience in deal execution, acquisition and divestment

• Experience operating within or closely partnering with startups and scaling organizations a plus

• Ability to operate strategically while also executing complex transactions

• Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities
