We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customs Compliance Specialist in Beirut, Lebanon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization's compliance with customs formalities NAJM system

Manage and oversee all aspects of customs compliance for the organization
Prepare and review import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties
Develop and maintain customs compliance procedures and policies
Assist in resolving customs-related issues and discrepancies
Provide guidance on tariff classifications and customs valuation
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth customs operations

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs compliance or related field
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws
Proficiency in customs compliance software and databases
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience with import/export procedures and documentation
Knowledge of Lebanese customs regulations and procedures
Understanding of international trade agreements and tariffs
Familiarity with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English;
