Our main games from the BoomBit Group include Hunt Royale, Dancing Line and Ramp Car Jumping. We’re a game developer and a publisher. With over 250 employees, we cover games of nearly any genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch.

We have experts across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetisation, user acquisition (UA), creative, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, art and game development spread across and are continually looking to strengthen our team.

Hybrid/Remote Working

our requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Support Specialist or a related position

  • Independent problem solving skills

  • Ability to estimate work time and efficiency

  • Ability to organize work

  • Communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written)

  • Very good ability to use the Zendesk platform

  • Knowledge of the game industry and terminology used by mobile game players

  • Knowledge of procedures for responding to the most common bugs reported by users

your responsibilities

  • Responding to player issues using the Zendesk platform

  • Preparing regular reports on work

  • Preparing FAQs for games in cooperation with PMs

  • Constant cooperation with other departments of the company

    Depending on the process and needs, occasionally we will ask you to solve a short technical task. This happens mostly in case of the graphic designer procesess, user acquisition and busieness inteligence roles. You can ask about your case direclty during your first contact with BoomBit HR team.
