Your Role (What You’ll Do)

  • Handle customer queries via calls, chat, email & social media
  • Provide quick, accurate & customer-first resolutions
  • Ensure all queries are resolved within defined timelines
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
  • Meet productivity & SLA targets consistently

  • Resolve customer issues end-to-end with ownership

Eligibility Criteria

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • CEFR Level: B2 or above
  • Ability to adapt communication based on customer type

Customer Handling Skills

  • Prior experience in customer service / BPO / support roles (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving & customer management skills

Basic Requirements

  • Typing speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
