Your Role (What You’ll Do)
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, email & social media
- Provide quick, accurate & customer-first resolutions
- Ensure all queries are resolved within defined timelines
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Meet productivity & SLA targets consistently
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues end-to-end with ownership
- Adhere to SLA metrics & quality benchmarks
- Follow data security & compliance policies strictly
- Attend coaching sessions & implement feedback
- Complete training programs & upskilling modules
- Maintain 100% schedule adherence & attendance discipline
Eligibility Criteria
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication
- CEFR Level: B2 or above
- Ability to adapt communication based on customer type
Customer Handling Skills
- Prior experience in customer service / BPO / support roles (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving & customer management skills
Basic Requirements
- Typing speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
