As a Customer Success Manager at Instagrid, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients and play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will help drive the successful adoption of our technology, strengthen long‑term relationships, and represent the Instagrid brand with professionalism and passion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take full, proactive responsibility for implementing framework agreements with major clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our product portfolio across all client locations.

  • Expand and strengthen relationships within assigned accounts, supporting their success with solutions tailored to their operational needs.

  • Promote both established and new application use cases across various business units with creativity, insight, and enthusiasm.

  • Provide product training, onboarding, and guidance, ensuring users feel confident and empowered when working with our solutions.

  • Ensure that clients receive all necessary information to operate our products effectively and that all inquiries are handled thoroughly and promptly.

  • Maximize product utilization and customer value, driving high adoption and satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate an excellent strategic mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills in Spanish, including the ability to speak confidently and deliver impromptu presentations.

  • Show strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

  • Maintain a high level of organization while meeting deadlines and performing effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Handle confidential information with proven professionalism and discretion.
