Our technology ensures that decisions are made with accuracy when it matters most. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager BtB to help us share our story with the world.
Responsibilities
Client Management:
Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to renewal
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Act as trusted advisor to clients
Proactively drive adoption and usage of the platform
Retention & Churn Prevention
Monitor customer health and engagement
Identify risks early and implement retention strategies
Lead renewal processes and secure long-term partnerships together with Sales
Develop playbooks to reduce churn as we scale
Commercial Growth
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with Sales on expansion strategies
Identify new use cases and additional value for customers
Contribute to revenue growth through account expansion
Build & Scale Customer Success
Define KPIs and processes for Customer Success
Create scalable onboarding and success frameworks
Recruit, train, and lead an international CS team
Establish a strong customer-centric culture across the organization
