Customer Service Representative Romania
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Entering customer orders from the CEE and SEE market into the system and ensuring they are kept up to date
Preparing reports for open customer orders
Expediting deliveries
Monitoring held orders
Handling customer inquiries and managing the order process
Managing the complaint process
Providing administrative support for internal sales within the CEE and SEE region
Preparing spreadsheets related to sales and orders
