Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information on services, resolve inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Assist clients with account management, including opening new accounts, updating account information, and processing transactions.

  • Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, escalating complex cases to senior staff or other departments when necessary.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and contribute to a positive team environment.
