Scope & Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information on services, resolve inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist clients with account management, including opening new accounts, updating account information, and processing transactions.
Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, escalating complex cases to senior staff or other departments when necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and contribute to a positive team environment.
