CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ENGLISH-SPEAKING)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for members, providers, and health plans requesting non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). You will help coordinate rides to urgent and non-urgent medical appointments while delivering compassionate, accurate, and efficient service to diverse populations nationwide.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call-volume environment
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Must pass a criminal background check and sanctions screening
