About the role:
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will support customers via phone, email, and live chat, problem‑solve in real time, and make a genuine difference to their working day.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is passionate about delivering great customer service, is confident using software, keen to learn new systems, approaching change with confidence and curiosity. You may be from the dental industry seeking a new challenge or come from another customer‑focused industry.
Your Experience, Skills and Attributes for success:
A genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service
A clinical dental background and an understanding of the demands of our customers’ business environment (advantageous, but is not mandatory)
You will enjoy communicating from behind the screen confidently and professionally via multiple channels i.e. phone, email, and live chat
A solutions‑focused mindset, solid judgment and strong problem‑solving skills
An appetite to continue learning and adapting to change when required
Applies solid judgement when balancing customer needs and business priorities.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, and the confidence to learn new software systems and technologies
The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, balancing accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
