About the Position: Empire Beauty School is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Planner (Financial Assistance Planner) to provide exceptional customer service to our schools and students in the Financial Aid packaging and verification process. Responsibilities: Package future and re-enter students contracted to attend Empire Beauty School. Package active students that cross over into a new award year. Provide accurate and timely financial packages. Responsible for knowing the verification process in relationship to obtaining a valid (payable) ISIR. Respond to all requests for exceptional consideration regarding financial aid matters including professional judgments, reinstatement of financial aid, expense processing, etc. Maintain current knowledge of all federal and state regulations with particular emphasis on packaging and verification.
