Inbound Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:  Answer incoming phone calls from current customers   Create purchase orders for vehicle repairs  Schedule maintenance calls at customers request Dispatch mobile technicians for roadside assistance Inbound Customer Service Agent Requirements:  Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Automotive/Diesel knowledge preferred, but not necessary Dispatch experience preferred, but not necessary IND-ADMIN
