Customer Service - German Speaker (Fluent in Swiss German)
Your Mission:
We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

โ Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
โ Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
โ CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion

๐ Who You Are:
๐ Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
๐ Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
๐ Fluent in Swiss German & English (at least B2 level)
๐ Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
