Customer Service Frontline agent provides information to DHL customers by phone about our services, registers shipments, and tracks them in the global DHL system. By ensuring the highest level of service, the best solutions for customer needs are found.
You have:
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills
- A positive and friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and responsiveness
- Independence, a sense of responsibility, and the ability and willingness to work in a team
- Logical thinking and a creative approach to solving complex situations, as well as stress resilience
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage
