Customer Service Executive - Repairs

We’re opening new offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, and ahead of the launch we’re looking for aviation‑skilled professionals to join our growing business.
We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Repairs Coordinator to support our global customer base and ensure a smooth, efficient repairs process. In this role, you’ll manage repair orders, coordinate with suppliers, track turnaround times, and provide clear, timely updates to customers — all while building strong relationships that support long‑term partnership.
As this position plays a key role in our aviation operations, previous aviation experience is essential.
Key Duties:
Collaborate with the Customer Repairs Team Leader and AJW Group to ensure stock levels meet customer expectations and financial goals
Play a key role in MRO Operations
Follow all updated procedures for stock upgrades
Optimize cost savings and minimize repair turnaround time
Support the team in meeting service obligations and department goals
Select vendors and process repair orders
Collaborate with vendors to control costs and enhance profitability
Expedite repair orders to reduce turnaround time
Support Sales by prioritizing urgent requests
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inspection as needed
