Customer Service Co-ordinator
Proactively managing customer base, delivering the high standards of customer service, processing orders, managing stock, promoting our product range, and driving internal sales growth.
Candidates should have/be:
• Experience within sales, customer service, or internal sales environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
• Commercially aware, able to grow sales and add value
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience with Navision an advantage
• Exposure to manufacturing and / or packaging industries also an advantage.
