The Opportunity
As a Customer Service (CS) Claims Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic customers. You will provide end-to-end support, primarily through inbound calls, while also handling policy administration, data uploads, and claims assessment of moderate complexity, always in line with company standards and procedures.
We are looking for candidates with:
Native Swedish (C2)
Danish (C2)
English (C2)
You will support customers when their mobile phone or gadget is lost, stolen, or damaged, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. This role offers exciting growth and development opportunities within Assurant.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: €2,550
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
