Customer & Sales Support Specialist Export (w/m/d)

To support our growing company, we are currently looking for a new colleague to enrich our dynamic International Customer Sales Support Export Team. YOUR TASKS International Customer management Full responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management) Creation of customs documentation Sales administrative related activities (e.g. marketability, reports) Suggest and work on improvements to become best in class Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIs Regular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planning YOUR PROFILE High school diploma, Bachelor/Master’s degree is an advantage 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role Strong customer orientation Passion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processes Autonomous, pro-active, structured team player with high attention to details Comfortable with MS Office and ideally SAP software knowledge Fluent English-knowledge (verbal and written formal communication), German and/or Italian is a plus OUR OFFER Possibility to work in an international environment The chance to learn about different cultures and countries Engaged, welcoming and motivated team in a professional work environment Continuous training in our Loacker Academy Tutoring Program Company canteen Location: Bolzano (I) We look forward to receiving your application in English!
