Customer Portal Administrator
FORVIA HELLA is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Portals Specialist to join our global customer support structure. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring secure and efficient user access to our customer platforms, supporting both internal teams and external partners. Perform user administration activities in customer portals (account creation, modification, deactivation, access rights management). Ensure compliance with internal processes, cybersecurity guidelines, and audit requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to resolve access‑related topics. Monitor requests, proactively identify potential issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders across regions.
