Customer Onboarding Enablement  Guide customers through the onboarding phase of the IDP solution  Ensure customers understand how to use the platform e􀆯ectively  Conduct customer trainings on topics such as: o Portal usage o Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows o Review processes o Quality improvement strategies  Support customers in understanding review feedback and implementing improvements  Proactively monitor onboarding progress and identify potential challenges early Customer Guidance Adoption  Act as the primary contact for product-related onboarding questions  Help customers translate business requirements into platform configurations  Provide recommendations on how to improve extraction quality and document handling  Ensure customers can operate the solution independently after onboarding
