Customer Onboarding Enablement Guide customers through the onboarding phase of the IDP solution Ensure customers understand how to use the platform eectively Conduct customer trainings on topics such as: o Portal usage o Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows o Review processes o Quality improvement strategies Support customers in understanding review feedback and implementing improvements Proactively monitor onboarding progress and identify potential challenges early Customer Guidance Adoption Act as the primary contact for product-related onboarding questions Help customers translate business requirements into platform configurations Provide recommendations on how to improve extraction quality and document handling Ensure customers can operate the solution independently after onboarding
