What You Will Get To Do:
Manage assigned inquiries to maintain the Response Time Service Level Agreement. Largest volume of inquires include:
- Updating invoices and resubmitting with POs provided
- Billing error resolution & disputed charges
- Entering credits for billing errors discovered
- Billing explanations for invoices in question - ensuring that all charges are accurate by consulting the sales contract and specific billing notes that are available.
- Discussing billing issues with sales representatives, client services, and others to resolve questions
- Responding to Inbound calls landing on the Finance Hotline.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Order to Cash.
- Excellent numerical, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Quick study and demonstrates a willingness to learn from others.
- Able to listen, absorb, and apply coaching techniques from peers and management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving client billing queries
- Able to identify root cause of the problems and provide effective solutions to eliminate further occurrence of the same
- Pro-active & Self Starter
- Ability to multi task
