Performance & Paid Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across search, social, display, video, affiliate and ATL
  • Balance short-term performance with long-term impact
  • Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and trends
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to develop strong, performance-led messaging
  • Ensure campaigns are driven by data, customer insight and commercial objectives.

Budget Ownership & Optimisation

  • Manage and allocate significant media budgets across channels
  • Optimise channel mix to maximise ROI and customer quality
  • Forecast performance and proactively adjust investment based on results.

Performance Improvement

  • Continuously test, learn and optimise through structured experimentation
  • Improve CPA, conversion rates and incrementality
  • Discover and test CRO opportunities across web, app and funnels
  • Work closely with analytics to refine attribution and measurement frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with product, broker network and retail initiatives
  • Provide clear, commercially focused reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with ownership of large paid media budgets. (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, affiliates)
  • Strong expertise across traditional paid channels (FTA, Radio, OOH)
  • Demonstrated success scaling acquisition while improving efficiency
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data, forecasting and attribution models
  • Commercial mindset with clear accountability for targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
