Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery - Amsterdam
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and superior experience to our customers who are collecting their new Tesla. At Tesla, we believe that every customer deserves a frictionless and exceptional experience with their Tesla vehicle, your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that each customer feels valued, heard, and supported. You are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of our delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve our ambitious delivery targets.
- Verify and confirm all required documents are present and in order prior to delivery.
- Assist with the delivery process, including showing customers to their vehicle and providing a final check-out experience.
- Provide customers with a product orientation, highlighting key features and providing guidance on how to operate the vehicle and use its various features ahead of driving away in their new car.
- Liaise with the delivery team, ensuring that customers are kept up to date on their vehicle's progress and receive regular updates on delivery timelines.
Help with the preparation of the vehicles for delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to quickly build rapport and engage with customers.
- You are a true “customer service” champion
- Fluency in Dutch & English A track record of delivering excellent customer experiences is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license in Netherlands
