This role focuses on providing timely assistance, maintaining accurate records, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

About the job:

  • Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback.
  • Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Maintain good service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks assigned.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital platforms.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
