If yes, we are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our Team in Greece!
What you get to do in this role:
Handle incoming customer interactions across phone calls, chat, and email, ensuring an excellent customer experience in every contact.
Provide accurate and timely responses, meeting the internal KPIs for each channel.
Process loan applications that require live agent evaluation and decision-making (KYC process).
Work within a rotating shift schedule (40 hours per week)
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
