If yes, we are looking for a
Customer Experience Agent to join our Team in Greece!

What you get to do in this role:

  • Handle incoming customer interactions across phone calls, chat, and email, ensuring an excellent customer experience in every contact.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses, meeting the internal KPIs for each channel.

  • Process loan applications that require live agent evaluation and decision-making (KYC process).

  • Work within a rotating shift schedule (40 hours per week)

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
