Scope & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with technical issues and concerns related to their use of the product and/or service.

• Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Maintain and update customer information as needed.

• Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services.

• Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
