what you'll do:
debug customer issues, optimize queries
write examples for our docs
live in customer slack channels, helping to solve problems
own customer outcomes
must have:
typist - you can write well and can explain complex ideas simply
linux - you're comfortable in terminals and reading logs
python or javascript/typescript - for reproducing issues and building solutions
human - you build trust and keep things productive when everything's on fire
systematic - you methodically work through problems until you've found the root cause
nice to have:
k8s experience
vector search or full-text search background
experience with the major cloud platforms
