Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions you create are not only functional but also aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database technologies like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Node.js.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
