Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured curriculum materials aligned to program objectives, CEFR targets, and level progression.
• Produce classroom-ready lesson plans, activities, and instructional resources that are age-appropriate, engaging, and easy for teachers to deliver.
• Collaborate with senior designers, teachers, and stakeholders to review, refine, and finalize materials.
• Revise curriculum based on teacher feedback, classroom performance data, and internal quality standards
  
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient in Canva (mandatory); familiarity with Google Slides/PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate learning goals into structured lessons with engaging, age-appropriate activities for children aged 3–12.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual clarity for classroom materials (especially for young learners).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced production cycle.
• Open to feedback and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
