Curriculum Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Research global and local curricula to identify best practices.
- Design and develop age-appropriate, engaging curriculum for ages 3–6 and 7–12.
- Create lesson plans, materials, and teaching strategies tailored to developmental needs.
- Train and support teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
- Regularly update and improve curriculum based on feedback and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure program success
- Gradually take part in academic operations (teacher performance, scheduling, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in English teaching or course development (preferably for children).
- Strong understanding of English language acquisition and child development.
- Experience in designing structured English programs or learning modules.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.
- Open to innovation and new trends in language education.
