Curriculum Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Research global and local curricula to identify best practices.
• Design and develop age-appropriate, engaging curriculum for ages 3–6 and 7–12.
• Create lesson plans, materials, and teaching strategies tailored to developmental needs.
• Train and support teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Regularly update and improve curriculum based on feedback and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure program success
• Gradually take part in academic operations (teacher performance, scheduling, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in English teaching or course development (preferably for children).
• Strong understanding of English language acquisition and child development.
• Experience in designing structured English programs or learning modules.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.
• Open to innovation and new trends in language education.
