Pricing Specialist (Bilingual English/Korean)

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Motor Carriers
• Gathering all pricing data
• Strategically coordinating sales activity
• Reporting pricing progress on a daily and weekly basis
• Reporting customer pricing status weekly.
• Reporting monthly performance
• Identifying and monitoring customer issues or complaints at individual load and overall account levels
• Regularly attending customer meetings to gather information
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
• Handling all incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

Qualifications

• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Available to work overtime during peak periods.
• Fluent in Korean and English (or Chinese).
