About the Role
Looking for someone to own CRM strategy and execution, building segmented and personalized journeys for leads and customers. Strong focus on lifecycle marketing, upsell, and new contracts, leveraging AI and HubSpot for automation and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own CRM strategy and execution across the full lead and customer lifecycle.
- Design and manage segmented and hyper-personalized CRM journeys.
- Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations.
- Support pipeline acceleration, renewals, and upsell strategies through lifecycle marketing.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize CRM initiatives.
- Apply AI to improve segmentation, personalization, and journey optimization.
Who You Are
- Experienced in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
- Highly proficient in HubSpot and CRM best practices.
- Data-driven, with a strong focus on conversion and pipeline impact.
- Detail-oriented and process-focused, with a passion for personalization at scale.
- Curious about AI and automation as tools to enhance marketing performance.
