CRM Specialist

At Rohlik, we’re redefining how people shop for groceries—and we’re looking for a CRM Specialist who can turn every customer interaction into something meaningful.

In this role, you’ll bring campaigns to life across email, SMS, push, and remarketing, using smart automation and personalization to deliver the right message at the right moment.

What you'll do

• Own execution of CRM campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  

• Support implementation of the CRM strategy defined by the CRM Manager and Group Head of CRM.
  

• Work with customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting to deliver relevant and effective messaging.
  

• Provide input to campaign innovation, customer journey improvements, and automation flows.
  

• Analyze campaign performance and prepares reports to inform business decisions.

• AI & automation enthusiasm - you must drive improvements via implementing the latest trends and technologies to make your work seamless.
  

• Collaborate with BI, performance managers, copywriters, and brand teams to ensure aligned communication.
  

• Acts as a subject matter expert on campaign execution tools, continuously suggesting improvements.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  

• Proficiency in CRM platforms and campaign management tools, especially in Bloomreach.
  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Fluent in English (additional local language is an advantage).
