Milence is seeking a technically minded and adaptable CRM Specialist to take ownership of managing, configuring, and guiding the development of our Dynamics 365 CRM system.
Reporting to the Mission Control Lead, this role emphasizes data quality, usability, and strategic deployment to support our sales and acquisition teams. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives on collaboration, process improvement, and learning new tools and workflows in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will be
You will own and enhance the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to support commercial workflows and ensure system reliability.
You will ensure data integrity and deliver accurate reporting across sales, billing, and contracts in collaboration with Finance and Business Central teams.
You will provide user support, training, and documentation for CRM and project management tools.
You will translate commercial and real estate processes into CRM design for efficient team operations.
You will identify and implement automation and process improvements across CRM and connected systems.
You will act as a bridge between business and tech teams to support integration and data insights.
You will guide CRM development, including coordination with external consultants for complex tasks.
You will collaborate with the data team to build Power BI dashboards and maintain validation rules and business logic.
You will support daily operations through troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement.
You will optimize and automate workflows across CRM, ACC, and Business Central.
You will enable effective use of CRM data for marketing and customer segmentation.
You will lead integration planning between CRM, data platforms, and other systems with IT and Data teams.
