YOUR JOB
As CRM Consultant you are responsible for advising new and existing customers on both operative and strategic levels regarding the implementation of CRM solutions. For example, you will work with the newly developed Sales and Service Cloud products from SAP.
Your job´s key responsibilities are:
Strategically accompanying customers from the pre-sales phase, through solution design, to the implementation in the project
Preparing the problem space together with the customer in workshops: documenting and analyzing the requirements, as well as transforming them into innovative solutions
Supporting the configuration and adaptions of CRM solutions such as SAP Intelligent Sales / Service Cloud
Supporting the development team in developing integration scenarios for the CRM solution into the customer´s existing system landscape
Pursuing integrated solutions with other customer experience products and ERP-systems
