The role in a nutshell
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Credit Controller with B2B & B2C credit control experience (Predominantly B2B). The role involves both chasing debts by phone and email, and also working with the operations team to investigate and solve queries blocking payment being made.
Excellent communication skills and diplomacy are an essential part of this key role. Experience with Xero is an advantage. You will support the Finance Team with a range of administrative duties to ensure accurate and up to date record keeping.
You will also be working on preparation and submission of our legal cases for unpaid debts, so a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills are a must.
