Credit Controller

He aha te tūranga - About the role:

Credit control in our organisation is inherently complex and sensitive due to the nature of the services we provide. • Proactively follow up with customers on overdue payments and reduce aged debt
  • Escalate unresolved disputes and coordinate with billing, sales or service teams to reach resolution and facilitate payment
