What you´ll do Collaborate with Walmart replenishment, Sales Demand Planning on store level and GRS (top line) forecasts. Monitor daily/weekly in-stock. Determine root cause for in-stock issue and provide store level recommendations to correct. Monitor Walmart ordering patterns (review orders daily), in-stock/out of stock, fill rate, on-time delivery, returns, mis-ship lead time review. Align any inventory recommendations with demand/supply chain team on any additional demand of product resulting from promotional inventory recommendations. Monitor service level communicate issues/back in-stock dates to Walmart. Investigate and validate supply chain penalties/deductions. Run ad hoc reports, analyze and communicate findings both internally and externally as needed. Coordinate and communicate new item launch and item discontinuation with Replenishment, Sales and Supply Chain. Lead the implementation of customer initiatives. Timely and accurate communication of any issue impacting the business is critical. Proactively identify and prepare recommendations for opportunities preventing high store in-stock or inaccurate days of supply according to the customer’s standards (i.e. store forecast corrections, feature event planning and modular changes). Review past event performance collaborate with Sales on future promotional forecasts pallet display support needed. Proactively identify sales trends and provide forecast adjustments to maintain availability WOS targets.
