About this Position This role reports to the SEA SBU Business Head. The team consists of country SBU managers across key SEA countries, Channel Managers and sales teams within each country, together with technical and marketing support in each country. The primary function of this role is to be the country sales manager for Singapore/Malaysia, driving profitable business growth and strategic initiative execution together with the 5-7 direct sales subordinates. The focus for this SBU is on the fast-growing general manufacturing maintenance markets, with a key focus on general industry OEM MRO. What you´ll do Develop implement country sales and business plan in line with global/regional strategy Direct management leadership of 5-7 sales subordinates Drive profitable sales growth through sustainable sales excellence activities and practices that create value for generations Collaborate with business functions and corporate functional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives Develop strong distribution/channel strategy and relationships together with channel management team Directly partner with key customers distributor partners to self-drive results Understand and anticipate local market trends to capture new growth innovation needs through partnering with regional/global teams Train/coach sales team on best practices delivery on key KPIs Balance of maintaining existing customers while developing new customers on daily basis Steer full P L on annual basis in line with KPIs
