There are about a thousand of us working across all 13 of our European locations, and we’re still growing. We might be getting bigger, but we go out of our way to keep doing some things like a little big business. For example, you’re just as likely to sit beside Nick (our CEO) at lunch as anyone else, and you’ll probably find yourself answering the banana phone at some point – even if you work in packaging.

Manufacturing
Our manufacturing team turns plans and recipes into the bottles you find on shelves. Based at the Blender, our factory in Rotterdam, this team covers four important areas.
Go to Market (our commercial teams) 
The team that gets our drinks into more places, more hands and more lunchboxes. You’ll find them in all our European locations, focusing on five areas.
Finance & Strategy
From big decisions to tiny details, finance and strategy make sure all our plans turn into pennies and pounds. You’ll find them in most of our European locations.
Technology & Transformation
Brilliant systems, seamless data and future-proofed ways of working are just some of this lot’s specialities. Mainly based in the UK, they’re made up of teams helping us grow in smart ways.
People & Culture
The team that looks after our most important resource – the people who work here. Based in every location where we have an office, they make sure we’re happy, fairly rewarded and able to do our jobs properly.
