Cost Accountant at Century Group Vernon, CA

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Cost Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

• Track, collect, analyze, and report on cost accounting data
• Prepare standard cost reports, monitor inventory levels, and conduct cost comparisons between standard vs actual costs
• Perform product costing analysis and track variances
• Make accurate journal entries to reflect cost-related transactions

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in financial management experience
• Proven leadership and managerial experience
• Experience with policies and procedures implementation
• Experience with system conversion
