Corporate Paralegal

Our client, a Los Angeles HQ'd top law firm, seeks a Corporate Paralegal with at least three years of experience to support complex transactional and governance matters.

You will handle the drafting and filing of essential documents for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate formations while managing UCC statements and SEC filings.

Key responsibilities include overseeing due diligence processes, maintaining minute books, and coordinating contract lifecycles from negotiation to execution.

Position is Full Time, up to 140k with benefits and bonus potential

Locations:

Downtown Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Nashville, Atlanta, or Denver - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-10+ years experience as a Corporate Paralegal
• Prior experience at a top law firm
• Plus: an ABA Paralegal Certification
