Your Role
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including contracts, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, such as commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and licensing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and international standards, including pharmaceutical laws and intellectual property rights.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure legal alignment with business strategies.
- Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on company operations.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is a plus.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer or chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property, compliance regulations, and corporate governance.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- English proficient
The work format is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home
