Corporate Counsel

Sardine is a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, seeking a Corporate Counsel to work with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Engineering teams to draft, administer, and negotiate commercial contracts. The role requires a JD from an accredited law school and 3-5 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state bar and/or European country
• 3-5 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Experience supporting a sales organization
• Ability to take ownership of your work and manage projects independently
