Description

As a Core Tech Supplier Quality Engineer, Camera at Apple, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality processes and tools for all aspects of camera module quality during development and mass production, working with Apple's multi-functional teams and suppliers to ensure a high-quality product. The role will be required to work onsite in Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, in the first year.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant fields Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management or relevant roles in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment Direct working experience in the FTAP or SMT process development Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Vietnamese, especially in cross-functional collaboration Willingness to frequently travel to domestic and international contract manufacturer sites (worked onsite in Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, in the first year)

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in learning and applying advanced technologies (AI, ML) to improve work effectiveness and efficiency Demonstrated ability to work directly with suppliers to solve product problems. Understand mechanical drawing specifications and appropriate measurement techniques. Familiar with quality tools, including Cpk, DOE, MSA, sampling plan, data distribution, and data correlation Familiar with 8D report and quality tools/techniques, such as finish bone diagrams, CTQ, etc Familiar with supplier auditing and development. Familiar with TA analysis, understand the 2D/3D model and drawing Familiar with data analysis tools like Minitab, JMP, etc, and big-data analysis tools.
